Blake's sick. It's Sunday. So I don't have many options. I could go to Care Now (yuck) but I would rather not. So, I need your help. Here are the symptoms:
Fever last night and the night before but not really during the day.
Did not sleep well...at all.
She still has an appetite.
Seems to be feeling ok.
Rash all over her tummy, under her arms, around her armpits and on her back.
And she has been making this face...
A LOT.
Ideas?

First, have you changed detergents or fabris softners? the rash and fever might not have anything to do with each other. second, we have been to the doc 3 times this week with high fevers and no other syptoms, to be told that there is some "virus" going around, the kids will have a fever and that's it, it lasts 3-5 days and magically disappears. Good luck, and don't go to care now, our pedi says they are not equipt to handle kids well.
Fifth disease?
It might be rosiola (sp?). If that is it, there is nothing they can do by the time the rash shows up. Cason had this and it is very common in kids.
I wonder if it's roseola. Hope she is back to feeling great soon!
Roseola fo sho! Laine and Bowen both had it. Makes you feel like you're living in the 1800's.
BTW it is really apparant in that picture that Blake has your eyebrows :)
I am sure that you have figured out that it is roseola. Isn't it weird. They say that they are not contagious once the rash appears. My boys both had it too. Hope she is better!!!
